Sourcing – finding and selecting suppliers for your goods – is a key part of supply-chain management and of running an e-commerce business.
Why sourcing matters
- Stable supply: build relationships with reliable suppliers and avoid stock-outs.
- Lower costs: find competitive suppliers and negotiate to cut your cost of goods.
- Quality assurance: evaluate suppliers so products meet your standards.
- Innovation: reach suppliers with new products, technology and trends.
- Lower risk: reduce supply and quality risks across your supply chain.
Many sellers struggle to find and vet suppliers. AWE Logistic Solutions’ sourcing package helps you find quality products at the best price, negotiates and places orders for you – then ships them straight to our warehouse or to Amazon.
